Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. For Monday appointments, please contact us on the Friday before in order to give the therapist a chance to rebook the cancelled appointment.


Parking is available at street level or on P1 below the building. You will need to enter your license plate into the kiosk and the first 60 minutes are free. Parking can be limited and our elevators can be slow, so please allow extra time to get here!

Erika is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 16 years of experience working with children, teens and their families. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Masters degree in counselling.

Erika’s passions are helping children, adolescents, parents and families feel better about themselves, and improve their relationships.

Erika understands firsthand how challenging it is for parents and children who come to see her as she is the parent of two young boys, both very active with sensory challenges.

Erika also has personal experiences with ADHD, depression, and anxiety in her family. She knows how demanding these issues can be, and also how rewarding it is to find ways of managing or overcoming them.

Michelle has a Masters degree in Counselling and over 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She is a client-centered therapist who is passionate about creating safe places for people to heal, explore, and create lives that reflect their true values.

Michelle offers counselling to adults and couples. She is proud to support clients in the LGTBQ2 community. She has a keen interest in neurodiversity and helping adults address issues related to ADD/ADHD, especially those who have been diagnosed later in life.

Michelle enjoys hiking, kayaking, and photography and is a proud puppy momma. She believes in the therapeutic value of spending time with animals as well as the body/mind healing that comes from spending time in nature.

Nancy deVries, Director of deVries Counselling Group, has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, individuals, and couples. She holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia (UBC).

In addition to her extensive professional experience, Nancy knows first-hand what it’s like to have Gifted family members and those who struggle with ADHD, anxiety and depression.

Nancy is happily married and the parent of two adult children, and knows both the joys and the challenges of family life.

Katelynn is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has experience working with children, teens, couples and adults. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and attended Concordia University to obtain a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies.

Katelyn is particularly interested in supporting clients to navigate ADHD challenges. She is proud to work with members of the LGBTQ2+ communities.

Katelynn has had the gift of living across various parts of the U.S. and Canada, nurturing a love of hiking, painting, and interior design. She is also an avid tea enthusiast, reader, and video game player. Katelynn enjoys quiet evenings with her husband and their husky, Paco.

Shirle is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 30 years of experience working with children, teens and their families. She has an undergraduate degree in English and Physical Education and a Masters in Counselling from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Shirle has worked in School District #43 and #40 as a school-based counsellor with elementary, middle, and high school students for most of her working life.

Shirle’s passions are supporting and teaching children and teens to become their best selves. She values working with parents and their children in order to bring out the best in that child or teen at home and in the community.

In her spare time, Shirle loves to cycle and be out in nature. She is a dog-lover (especially Golden Retrievers) and fosters dogs that are being rehomed. Shirle has been a single parent for many years, her son is now an adult and they enjoy weekly dinners together.

Jay worked for many years in post-secondary education and has extensive experience supporting the mental health and wellness needs of students of many ages.

Jay works with older teens (17-19) and adults of all ages. He creates a non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, validated, and respected.

Jay is a former ultra-marathon runner who has participated in global events across the world. In addition to his athletic pursuits, Jay has a deep love for the arts and music, and he began his journey as a touring musician.

Ganimat is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 15 years of multi-cultural experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. She has a Masters of Psychology from India and a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Canada.

In her therapy sessions, Ganimat uses expressive arts modalities, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. She uses these approaches to build on her client’s strengths and to help them feel better about themselves.

Being an immigrant, Ganimat understands the struggles and stresses related to creating a new life and adjusting to a new environment and culture. In her free time, Ganimat enjoys exercising her body and her mind, spending time with her adult daughter, and walking her dog, Leo.
